These terms govern your use of desirepainting.com and any quote, enquiry, or painting services provided by Desire Painting WA (ABN 86 132 464 678), a painting contractor servicing Perth metro and surrounding suburbs, Western Australia.
2. Quotes and estimates
Quotes provided via our website, phone, or email are estimates based on the information you provide and are subject to confirmation after an on-site assessment. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work, surface condition, and materials required.
3. Workmanship guarantee
Painting work completed by Desire Painting WA is covered by a 5-year workmanship guarantee, covering defects in our workmanship under normal conditions. This guarantee does not cover damage from external causes, normal wear and tear, or work by other parties.
4. Insurance and licensing
Desire Painting WA holds $80M public liability insurance and operates as a licensed and registered painting contractor in Western Australia.
5. Website use

6. Liability
